Molly, also known as “Molly Bee“, lives in North Carolina with her husband, David. They have just added their new addition to the family, Ella Grace. Their household is frequently run by Oscar the cat, who has an insatiable interest in computer keyboards and Pepper, a sweet little mutt!

She graduated from Meredith College with Bachelor of Science degrees in Interior Design and Family & Consumer Sciences. She also holds an Art minor. Molly is currently pursuing her NCIDQ licensure.

With combined eight years of experience as a designer, she has worked for a major retailer and for a national builder. Molly is now an independent consultant, which allows her to spend more time with her family.

Designing just comes naturally to Molly. Maybe it came from shopping with her Grandmother and buying antiques as a youngster. Or, it may have been passed down from her Mother who is constantly redoing something! (Poor Dad!)

No matter where the passion comes from, it is evident in her home, articles, and news segments. Molly believes decorating should be fun for everyone and not something that you fret or worry over when trying to make the right purchase for your home. She understands that sometimes items look different in the store and when you get home, it’s just not quite the same!

Molly believes in achieving a dynamite look that exhibits personality without spending dynamite dollars! Whether its shopping at the flea market, major retailers, your parent’s house, barn, or even the cute boutique down the street, it can all work together. All you need is just a little know how!
